Man shot twice in Downtown Pittsburgh

A man was shot in Downtown Pittsburgh Tuesday afternoon.

Our crew at the scene saw ********* detectives on Smithfield Street between Forbes Avenue between 4th and Forbes avenues. This was by the City County Building parking lot and the scene stretched several blocks.

Police told Channel 11 that a man was shot two times in the arm. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

No one is in custody at this point, police said.
