Kyiv, Lviv under air ******* as Russia pounds Ukraine

Russia has launched air strikes on Kyiv and the western Ukrainian region of Lviv, officials say, prompting neighbouring Poland’s armed forces to activate aircraft to ensure airspace safety near the border.
