Michael David Olszewski: Albany man pleads guilty to seven ******* offences against teens

An Albany man has pleaded guilty to committing a total of seven ******* offences against two 14-year-olds in May.

Michael David Olszewski, 31, appeared in Albany Magistrates Court on Thursday, charged with three counts of ********* penetrating a child over 13 and under 16 and four counts of indecently dealing with a child over 13 under 16.

The court heard that the offences occurred on May 26, with six offences against one child and one offence against the second.

Olszewski spoke only to confirm his name and was visibly emotional.

Magistrate Erin O’Donnell extended Olszewski’s bail and ordered a presentence and psychiatric report.

Olszewski will next appear in the District Court on October 30.
