Desert Hot Springs identified as victim of Friday’s fatal ********* by coroner’s office

Desert Hot Springs police are investigating a ********* that ******* a 31-year-old man Friday night.

The ********* was reported near the 66-100 block of Pierson Boulevard around 9:04 p.m. Police Chief Jim Henson said officers found the body of a man when they responded to the area. The Riverside County coroner’s office identified the man as Desert Hot Springs resident ********** Salas.

No other details are being released at this time, Henson said.
