Now, two days after his rescue, Tyler says Steven has been reunited with many of his family members and friends he “didn’t know he had. So he’s been having a whole bunch of fun.”

Tyler says he rushed to the local child protective services offices on Tuesday after receiving the call about Steven’s rescue. 

“He [was] kind of shocked. He wasn’t planning to see me, but he just walked right up to me at first,” Tyler says, adding, “He knew right who I was and it’s been great.”
