India’s Lahiri leads LIV Golf Andalucia by four shots

India’s Anirban Lahiri has shot a five-under 66 to take a four-shot lead into the final round of the LIV Golf Andalucia tournament in Spain.

Lahiri had six birdies in his second round at the Real Club Valderrama course as he reached seven under.

Yet to win on the LIV Golf tour, his last tournament victory coming at the Indian Open in 2015.

“The win would mean a lot,” he said. “I’ve been chasing it for a while.”

Danny Lee of New Zealand was his nearest chaser at three under, followed by Martin Kaymer, Tyrrell Hatton and Eugenio Chacarra at two under.

Marc Leishman led the *********** team but was seven shots from the lead at even par with Cameron Smith one over, Lucas Herbert eight over and Matt Jones 10 over.

Home favourite Jon Rahm was on par after going two under on Saturday in his first event in Spain since joining the LIV circuit.
