***** of P Dubbed the ‘Only Real FromSoft competitor’ by the Masses, and Hidetaka Miyazaki Must Be Loving It

There are only a few dark fantasy RPG titles not made by FromSoft itself that manage to win over gamers’ hearts, a feat that ***** of P has managed to accomplish, deservingly so.

Being the Soulslike title it is, the game made by Neowiz Studios does not only inspire from some of the best Hidetaka Miyazaki works but manages to do it better in some parts, which is the reason why fans have started calling it the ‘only competition’ the studio responsible for a masterpiece like Elden Ring has.

***** of P – Finally, a Worthy Opponent for the Creator of Soulslike Genre

What sets ***** of P apart from all the Souslike titles that came before it is the fact that the game manages to maintain originality despite taking blatant inspiration from the very pioneering titles of the genre.

The storyline, mechanics, and gameplay of the game blend together perfectly, delivering an experience to players they never knew they needed in the first place. This is also why fans have dubbed it the only game that rivals the original Souls games.

Funnily enough, this is a fact that gamers are sure Hidetaka Miyazaki himself would enjoy, owing to how he has revealed in an interview before that he plays other Soulslike games to take inspiration and find out areas he can improve upon.

With all the hype it has been getting, fans now look forward to Neowiz soon releasing additional content for one of their most successful titles yet, a task that does not come without its own challenges.

Bearing in mind how the recent Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC has set high standards for what an expansion to the game should feel and play like, Neowiz has some big shoes to fill, coming up with a DLC that will not only match Miyazaki’s latest creation but will hopefully beat it as well.

While it might sound impossible at first, the controversies surrounding the Realm of Shadow say otherwise. Fans are upset because there was no lore given about the main game’s mysteries, and the introduction of incredibly tough bosses does not help the case either.

This brings us to the much-anticipated DLC for ***** of P, the release of which ******** imminent as developers have already given fans a tease, and what awaits now is just the official announcement for the same.
