and crashed into another vehicle Wednesday morning.

Jakyla M. Hester, 21, has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence causing ******, reckless ********* and aggravated driving under the influence (no valid driver’s license).

At 4:31 a.m., Illinois State Police (ISP) troopers responded to a wrong-way ****** on the Kennedy Expressway near Cumberland Avenue in Cook County.

While investigating the ******, ISP determined that a Volkswagen sedan, allegedly driven by Hester, was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway when it struck a Honda sedan.

The driver of the Honda, 27-year-old Quinn Fraboni, of Vernon Hills, ***** due to injuries he sustained in the ******.

“Everything was just so sudden and final and shocking. So, even when we talk about it right now, it’s surreal because it just happened so quickly,” said Connor Flahive, the owner of Flexx Personal Training where Fabroni worked.

Flahive said clients were more to Fabroni than just customers, they were friends.

“As soon as you pulled up in our parking lot, because it’s obviously right in front of our windows, Quinn is giving you an air high five, screaming your name, yelling your name, just the— a huge personality, just bubbly. Positive,” said Flahive.

Tyler Bolger worked with Fabroni and had asked him to be a groomsman in his upcoming wedding.

“It’s not just one family who’s hurting right now. He saw up to 130 people a day. He knew their kids. He knew what they did for work. He people would bring their spouses over. They were just walk by to hang out with them. So, everyone’s hurting in Arlington Heights right now,” said Bolger.

Hester was transported to an area hospital with injuries after the ******. On Thursday, she was transported to the Cook County Jail in Maywood pending a detention hearing.
