Helldivers 2 players who want to solo like Elden Ring are not welcomed by the community.

One of the key features of Helldivers 2 is that it pretty much obligates the player to work with a squad; the game is almost unplayable without at least another companion. The idea of the game is that you play in teams to accomplish the mission and get to the extraction point once you finish your objective. The best parts of Helldivers 2 were when all the players of the game worked together to ******** one specific planet for a common objective. So the fans of Helldivers 2 really don’t like players that go solo into missions.

Admittedly, there will be plenty of people that liked the Elden Ring-esque approach to the idea, with it bringing a unique idea to the universe, but for obvious reasons, other players hated this kind of attitude. So they massively criticized this user for oblivion and for being against all that Helldivers 2 means. Players will not tolerate anyone who doesn’t want to be a team player in the missions.
