I understand what you’re saying … but there’s still rest of Europe?
Anyway, Howard’s still fixated on US-only … but if there’s any consolation, Canada is still an option as it was annexed by US during Fallout pre-war.
Also, US-only rule can change after Tod retires (he’s nearing retirement anyways)
