The SQ7 TFSI quattro also picks up the option of new HD Matrix LED *********** and OLED tail lights for the first time.

There are new 20-, 21- and 22-inch alloy wheel designs, as well as new Sakhir Gold, Ascari Blue and Chilli Red exterior finishes.

Inside the interior has been revised with new materials and finishes, as well as an “enhanced” MMI touch response system which features “more intuitive controls” and “expanded connectivity options”.

The Q7 also picks up traffic sign recognition for the first time.

Pricing

The only Q7 variant to rise a minor price rise compared to the pre-update model is the entry-level 45 TDI quattro variant. The rest of the range received minor price cuts.

Core Q7 models are all powered by six-cylinder engines with a 48V mild-hybrid system, whereas the SQ7 has a twin-turbo V8 petrol.

All Q7 variants are equipped with a start-stop system, while the SQ7 receives a cylinder deactivation function.

Audi hasn’t quoted exterior dimensions and boot capacity figures for the updated Q7 and SQ7 range as of yet.

The pre-update model was 5067mm long, 1970mm wide, and 1781mm tall, with a 2999mm wheelbase.

It also had 740 litres of boot capacity with the third row stowed and second row upright, which expanded to 1925 litres with the third and second rows folded.

The entire 2025 Audi Q7 and SQ7 range has a braked towing capacity of 3500kg with a maximum ball weight of 350kg.

Servicing and Warranty

Audi backs its vehicles with a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty.

A five-year service plan is available for the Q7 and SQ7, though pricing hasn’t confirmed yet.

Safety

The pre-update version of the Audi Q7 scored a five-star ANCAP safety rating based on testing conducted by Euro NCAP back in 2019.
