Sticky services inflation persists as Telstra jacks prices, telco shares a big winner on Tuesday

Telstra’s shareholders have been rewarded by the telco’s decision to raise mobile plan prices higher than inflation, with the share price spiking during trading on the ASX on Tuesday.

Its share price gained 2.2 per cent by the closing bell to a three month high, finishing at $3.73.
