, the university dismissed Amy Crosbie from the school’s athletics department.

While the university said it would not comment further on the situation, it confirmed that Crosbie was let go on Monday.

“We can confirm she was dismissed today, July 8, and we won’t be providing further comment on this matter,” USU’s Logan Wilbur told ABC4.com.

The university did not disclose the reasoning behind Crosbie’s dismissal.

In addition to announcing its intent to ***** Anderson last week, the university fired Jerry Bovee, who was serving as the associate vice president and deputy athletic director of external affairs. Austin Albrecht, the football director of player development and community, was also fired.

, Albrecht and Bovee were fired “for violations of university policies related to the reporting of ******* and domestic ********* and failures of professional responsibilities.”

Crosbie was serving as the executive associate athletics director for internal affairs and senior woman administrator at USU for about five years. She was also on the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Committee at USU.

Crosbie was a chair of the university’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and “fulfilled academic duties” for several different sports at the university, according to the directory.

Crosbie graduated from Utah State in 2002 with her bachelor’s degree, and returned to the university after working in the athletics department at Weber State University for nearly a decade.
