*********’s Creed Shadows Yasuke Controversy Comes to the ***** as Fans Point Out Hypocrisy With Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League

As the controversy surrounding *********’s Creed Shadows continues to rise, a new contender in this conversation has arrived, and he’s none other than the fan-favorite Batman.

Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League‘s teaser trailer is being loved by fans worldwide, but the timing for this couldn’t be more coincidental. Netizens are comparing the two titles, and some are pointing at the blunt hypocrisy surrounding the controversy.

Ever since Ubisoft revealed the lead protagonists for *********’s Creed Shadows, the internet hasn’t been too kind. Many people from the gaming community have raised a voice against Yasuke, a character who seemingly doesn’t fit the role he’s in.

As fans continue to pinpoint the historical inaccuracy and mismatched expectations regarding the character’s casting, many, on the other hand, are celebrating Batman’s place in Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League.

has pointed out how this is pretty hypocritical, considering how Batman (Bruce Wayne) is a rich white billionaire who’s in the shoes of a ninja in this screenplay.

Gamers and viewers online have started to have a more objective view of the entire situation, asking others to take another look at Yasuke. According to them, if Batman gets a pass, so should Yasuke.

Having to think about a game’s ******** before it’s even out is nothing short of a bad omen.

Despite the promise of a vibrant open world set in feudal Japan and the ability to switch between two characters, fans are willing to ignore *********’s Creed Shadows purely based on its choice of characters and setting.

You know the anticipation is getting more than just a “little controversial” when reputed developers like Yoshiki Okamoto comment on the ongoing debate. For those who are genuinely interested in trying the game out, there’s a larger focus on the game’s mechanics rather than its character portrayals.

It’s a shame that much of the attention the game is receiving is coming from the choice of a protagonist, rather than what *********’s Creed Shadows has to offer. Hopefully, this controversy will slide if the game is genuinely enjoyable.
