The man who ***** in a crane incident on a worksite north of Perth has been identified as Adrian Fariña Pacheco.

Mr Fariña Pacheco — an experienced ******* working for AR Construction — was struck by a steel beam being lifted by the machine at the Malaga site on Tuesday.
