Man threatened Nintendo over losing in games

Supposedly, this led to $4.3 million in damages. The attempted rationalization is, of course, being scoffed at, with it being called a “childish motive.” The trial is still happening and a final verdict will be revealed on July 24. Under no uncertain terms, we have a feeling the prosecutor will get the year-long sentence it’s aiming for at the least.
