Battlefield Fans Aren’t Excited Over the Prospect of Bad Company 3

While the Battlefield series lost its charm with its 2021 release, that doesn’t mean players have forgotten what it gave to the military shooter genre. One of the series spin-offs, Bad Company, gained a cult following after the release and it still feels like the franchise should’ve been concluded as a trilogy.

Maybe that’s why the conversations for it are still alive, as some fans were recently seen debating and going nostalgic over the spin-off. The first game was released in 2008 that also made use of the studio-developed engine Frostbite. It gave a new definition to destructible environments.

George Gordon Haggard Jr., Samuel Redford, Preston Marlowe, and Terrence Sweetwater are mourning the ****** of their pilot, Flynn, after the events that happened. As they are figuring out what’s next, the Zero Dark Thirty begins with Marlowe taking down a Russian Army soldier.

The situation is distressing at the end of the mission and Haggard is about to abort it. The other three then cheered him up with planting the seed that they’d rob him off the things he would never let go of until he’s finally in. Fans are going nostalgic over the bond over this scene.

Some fans certainly want the Battlefield spin-off to get a third game, which would be perfect. But one user with an account named MS8955 thinks DICE may have lost the talent that brought the two games to fruition.

Given the fact the last game ended on a cliffhanger ending of war with Russia, it’s the perfect time to make a new game. Unfortunately, I think all of the talent that made the two games are gone from DICE now

Maybe EA will think about a potential sequel and it would be a good time, especially since many fans aren’t happy with the current multiplayer entry.

After EA’s recent earnings call, where CEO Andrew Wilson said he was enjoying the next Battlefield game, fans appeared to have made their decision over it. But that also confirms it won’t be Bad Company 3.

However, it sure will be a part of this live-service epidemic. The latest entry was doomed to fail, given that it wasn’t even slightly ready for launch. Technical glitches and certain changes in gameplay ******* expectations to meet sales.

If sales are kept aside for one moment, developers have listened to the community, and it has become better than its past self. The punchbag video game that came out in 2021 actually managed to turn things around.

Maybe they’ll manage to turn things around again and return to their past glory with their next game, that is said to come in October next year.
