Diamond Member Pelican Press 0 Posted June 27, 2024 Diamond Member Share Posted June 27, 2024 Red ***** Redemption 2 Gets a Behind the Scenes Look as Rockstar Show Off More Than They Usually Do There’s no doubt that Red ***** Redemption 2 is one of the gaming world’s most revered names, as the 2018 sequel cemented itself at the top of AAA offerings. The title dived deep into Arthur Morgan’s tragic life and brought us to the twilight years of the Wild West. Red ***** Redemption 2 is nearing 64 million copies sold, which makes it one of the best-selling games in the world. Clearly, Rockstar is aware of the game’s success and is celebrating by giving gamers a look at never-before-seen shots from Red ***** Redemption 2. Players are getting to see new Red ***** Redemption 2 concept art. | Image credit: Steam It’s a known fact that Rockstar is arguably one of the best video game development companies in the world. The company has single-handedly changed the gaming industry forever and redefined what’s possible with gaming storylines and open-world titles. Despite Rockstar’s success, it isn’t the most communicative gaming studio out there, but it seems like it’s changing. Game On is an exhibition that’s all set to run at the National Museum of Scotland from June 29 to November 3. What’s special about this exhibition is that it features a section dedicated to Rockstar North’s popular titles, such as Grand Theft Auto and Red ***** Redemption. The section dedicated to Red ***** Redemption features playing cards, copies of in-game catalogs, and some never-seen-before concept art from Red ***** Redemption 2. Even though we didn’t see these particular scenes making it to the game, they’ve certainly inspired many missions. This is extraordinary rare for Rockstar to ever show something like this. If you anyone is ever popping down to Scotland- please do share pics! Lots of items from Rockstar North have been loaned until November for public display. It’s a masterpiece that certainly deserves more attention from Rockstar Games, especially after it dropped its online side. Let’s hope the studio continues to continue this trend for its future games as well! Red ***** Redemption 3 has not been announced. | Image credit: Steam Despite the incredible popularity of the Red ***** franchise, Rockstar hasn’t confirmed any official plans for Red ***** Redemption 3. Yet, rumors about a potential threequel have been making rounds on the internet for years. This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up last year, Take-Two’s CEO Strauss Zelnick touched upon Red ***** Redemption‘s success and stated, “If it’s really, really great, it will keep going.” He also drew parallels with iconic franchises such as James Bond and labeled “Red *****” as enduring entities. Currently, Rockstar is immersed in developing Grand Theft Auto 6, all set for a 2025 release. Considering the fact that the studio has been moving towards long development cycles, we may not see Red ***** Redemption 3 launch until 2030. It’s unfortunate, but if we truly want a genre-defining experience, we need Rockstar to take whatever time it needs.
