How To Get the Greatjar Helmet in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

If you are looking to get your hands on the Greatjar Helmet in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, then you have come to the right place. This guide will cover how to get the helmet early in the expansion.

You can get the Greatjar Helmet early on in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC by visiting the Belurat Gaol ***** and getting to the end of it. You will find the entrance to the Belarut Gaol just north of the starting area. Head to the Abandoned Ailing Village and west from the site of grace past the lake.

Once you enter the *****, go down the stairs and past the site of grace. It will take you to the starting area of Belarut Gaol. While following the path, look out for an ****** that will jump at you from the left on the second staircase. Roll out of its way and drop down to the second area.

Keep going straight past the ****** and enter the room ahead. There will be a window to your right. Jump through the window and continue straight.

It will take you to a room with pots hanging by the chain. Jump from **** to **** and head to the bottom level.

Go past the door and jump on the bridge ahead of you. You will see a large **** at the shrine on the other side of the bridge. At the end of the bridge is a staircase that will break when you step on it, making you fall to the bottom level of the area. You will now enter a maze of jars.

Go right and then take a sharp left. Keep going straight to get out of the maze and enter the final room. If you keep going straight and step on the hanging ****, it will take you to the Demi-Human Swordmaster Onze boss ******. But, that is not where you will get the Greatjar Helmet. Instead, turn back and look for another **** hanging below the platform. Step on it and it will take you to the level above. Jump on the pots and go straight from the stairway.

You will now be at the place where the shrine is located. Jump on the platform above the large **** and you will find the Greatjar item there.

The Greatjar Helmet resembles a jar and protects the player’s head with defensive properties. It is similar to the Jar Helmet from the base game which is famous because of the Let Me Solo Her player who helped thousands of Tarnished defeat Malenia with only a jar on his head.

And there you have it. You now have a large jar as a helmet for your head. You can wear it with other armor pieces or with no armor if you are up for a challenge. If you are looking to mix it up with other armor sets, then you should look into getting the Solitude Set or the Oathseeker Knight Set.
