Diamond Member Pelican Press 0 Posted June 24, 2024 Diamond Member Share Posted June 24, 2024 All new SotE Crystal Tear locations for Wondrous Physick in Elden Ring On top of a captivating new world to explore, weapons to wield, and enemies to get one-shot by, Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree introduces eight new Crystal Tears to spice up your Wondrous Physick. Here’s every Crystal Tear in SotE’s Shadow Realm and how to find them. Crystal Tears determine the effects of your Wondrous Physick, a Flask used to buff your character for a short ******* of time. The Flask of Wondrous Physick can only be used once per rest, with players typically saving them to chug during boss fights. Image: PC Invasion To mix Crystal Tears, visit a Site of Grace and select Mix Wondrous Physick. Here, you can choose up to two Crystal Tears from your inventory to customize the effects of your Flask. Crystal Tears are unique and permanent items, so feel free to mix the perfect concoction for your build. Image: PC Invasion Anyone brave enough to ***** into Shadow of the Erdtree has undoubtedly noticed the colossal Furnace Golems roaming the Realm of Shadow. When defeated, each Furnace Golem drops one of eight unique Crystal Tears to mix in your Flask of Wondrous Physick. While these walking braziers look terrifying and can inflict massive damage if you’re not careful, the Furnace Golems have a glaring weakness in their feet. Hit those grippers enough to topple them, leaving their face wide open for a critical hit. Alternatively, if you have a strong ranged build, you can hit their face from a safe distance. You can also toss Hefty Cracked Pots into the pit of a Furnace Golem to deal massive chunks of damage. For more tips, check out our guide on defeating Furnace Golems in Shadow of the Erdtree. Image: PC Invasion The Deflecting Hardtear is dropped by the Furnace Golem wandering near the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace. This is the first Furnace Golem you encounter in Shadow of the Erdtree and, if you’re anything like me, the first to ***** you. Using the Deflecting Hardtear in your Wondrous Physick grants you the ability to use spontaneous guard. This functions similarly to Sekiro’s block mechanic, massively boosting your Poise and damage negation “immediately after assuming a guarding stance” and allowing you to hit your ****** even *******. Image: PC Invasion The Crimson-Sapping Cracked Tear is dropped by the Furnace Golem in west Rauh Ancient Ruins. Using the Crimson-Sapping Cracked Tear in your Wondrous Physick restores HP when landing attacks, serving as a great alternative to Rykard’s Great Rune. This Crystal Tear can also be useful for builds utilizing high-FP spells, freeing up space for Flasks of Cerulean Tears. Image: PC Invasion The Cerulean-Sapping Cracked Tear is dropped by the Furnace Golem roaming east of the Cathedral of Manus Metyr in Scadu Atlus. Perfect for aggressive sorcery builds like mine, the Cerulean-Sapping Cracked Tear restores FP when landing attacks. Combine this with the Crimson-Sapping Cracked Tear in your Physick, and you’ll be generating both HP and FP when attacking. Who needs flasks? Image: PC Invasion The Viridian Hidden Tear is dropped by the Furnace Golem patrolling Ellac River at the southern end of the Shadow Realm. Mixing the Viridian Hidden Tear in your Wondrous Physick will prevent Stamina consumption. While this sounds like a dream come true for rollers and spammers alike, the catch is that this buff only lasts fifteen seconds. Image: PC Invasion The Crimsonburst Dried Tear is dropped by the Furnace Golem outside of the Shadow Keep, between the Shadow Keep Main Gate and Highroad Cross Sites of Grace. Mixing the Crimsonburst Dried Tear in your Flask of Wondrous Physick will heal nearby allies when consumed. This includes summoned players and even Spirit Ashes. Image: PC Invasion The Oil-Soaked Tear is dropped by the Furnace Golem outside of the Ruins of Unte in Scadu Atlus. A rather peculiar Crystal Tear, the Oil-Soaked Tear causes enemies in close range to take 20% more ***** damage. This pairs perfectly with the Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear from the base game, allowing for devastating ***** damage. The Frenzied Flame would be proud. Image: PC Invasion Within the Ruins of Unte is a Furnace Golem that requires lighting with a Hefty Furnace **** before you can ****** it. Throw the **** into the Golem’s head and defeat it to earn the Bloodsucking Cracked Tear. Image: PC Invasion Crafting the Hefty Furnace **** requires the Greater Potentate’s Cookbook [2], found in the Run-Down Traveler’s Rest, north of the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace. Once you have the Cookbook, you’ll need 2 Redflesh Mushroom, 2 Ember of Messmer, and a Furnace Visage. When mixed in a Wondrous Physick, the Bloodsucking Cracked Tear increases ******* power by 20% at the cost of 23~ HP per second for three minutes. Combining this with the Crimsonburst Crystal Tear can technically reduce HP loss to just 16 per second. Image: PC Invasion The Glovewort Crystal Tear is dropped by the Furnace Golem wandering around Charo’s Hidden Grove, North of the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace. If you’re a fan of Spirits, such as the beloved and overpowered Mimic Tear, then the Glovewart Crystal Tear may be for you. Mixing the Glovewart Crystal Tear in your Wondrous Physick increases the ******* power of all Spirit Ashes for its duration. If you’re struggling to find any of Shadow of the Erdtree’s Crystal Tears due to your map being incomplete, check out our guide on the location of all map fragments in the Shadow Realm. Despite what Miyazaki claims, this DLC is far ******* than Limgrave. PC Invasion is supported by our audience. When you purchase through links on our site, we may earn a small affiliate commission.
