The wacky farming sim from ******** Forge, Southfield, was slapped with a delay mere days before its scheduled launch into Early Access. Considering the technical woes that lingered in the latest version played by Smash Jump’s Julian Barber, we can’t say it won’t do it good.

, ******** Forge revealed that its June 24 launch doesn’t give it enough time to polish what needs to be polished and improving the game’s performance to the degree that’s expected from the community. It also points out that it wouldn’t be able to fix the issues in the amount of time without putting a lot of stress and strain on the team as a whole, which it doesn’t want to do.

Despite our best efforts, we’ve had to come to the very difficult decision not to release Southfield on June 24th, and delay our launch.
