The deal also encompassed Gearbox Montreal and Gearbox Studio Quebec. The deal did not encompass publishing rights to Remnant, Hyper Light Breaker, and some unannounced titles. The much-maligned game company also retains the rights to Lost Boys Interactive, Captured Dimensions, and Cryptic Studios. Gearbox’s new parent has quite the notable studios and IPs under its belt ranging like 2K, Hanger 13, and Rockstar Games.
