Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora story DLC launches soon

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is introducing its first story DLC next month. Those who bought the Gold Edition don’t have to worry about any extra charge.

Revealed during the recent Ubisoft Forward, The Sky Breaker launches on July 16, kickstarting the promised DLCs that came with the higher tiers of Editions. The DLC appears to introduce a new threat to the land as a “mysterious shadow looms in the sky.” You’ll need to duke it out with the RDA and protect Pandora from the looming danger.

“A mysterious shadow looms in the sky, threatening the Na’vi clans below who are celebrating at their great festival of games. Face the RDA and protect the unity of the clans in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora first Story Pack, available on July 16th.”

As expected, this new DLC is kind of failing to capture people, but we wouldn’t expect much from Ubisoft, much less a game that our very own James Kub said he was “constantly disappointed” in his review: “Whether it be the game story, combat, or visuals, it felt like every step forward in a positive direction was followed soon after by two steps back”
