You can do this anywhere, although The Landing is arguably the easiest. There’s a small chance you’ll find red border weapons in any chest you open, but your target is the boss’s chest.Once you’ve reached Overthrow level 3 and defeated the boss that spawns, the chest it drops has a decent chance of containing a red border.
