A Supreme Court decision could come as soon as Monday on Texas’ controversial SB4 immigration law that would give local law enforcement, not just the feds, the authority to arrest and prosecute suspected ******** immigrants. Some of those local officials do not want to do that. CBS News’ Omar Villafranca reports.
