What you may not have known that apparently, all of these games were part of a trilogy. As explained during tonight's Day of the Devs showcase (NOTE: or the main Summer Game Fest showcase, apologies, as this article was written in advance), these games have been part of a trilogy of freedom, with Furi being all about wanting to live free, and Haven centering around freedom to love whoever you want. And their new game that the debuted, Cairn, is about "...pushing beyond your limits, and breaking free from your obsessions" according to CEO Audrey Leprince. And indeed, there's nothing that fuels that kind of freedom more than climbing a massive mountain, far away from the rest of world, and conquering it even when things seem impossible, as seen in the reveal trailer below.
