Unfortunately, Exotic Focusing isn’t available right away, and you must reset your rank with the Cryptarch to unlock it.The reset option is available once you reach level 16 with the vendor and you can increase your level by decoding Engrams.I’ve read reports that Engrams you find in the wild can decrypt into the Gifted Conviction before you reset the Cryptarch.
