Eruption is the fourth novel published posthumously after Crichton’s ******. However, it was not solely written by Crichton, who started the manuscript shortly after completing the original Jurassic Park book. The novel was completed by James Patterson, who has co-written hundreds of books, comics, and short stories, including the long-running Alex Cross series of ****** thrillers.
