Well, here is how to unlock all Faction characters in XDefiant.XDefiant: How to unlock all Faction charactersTo unlock all characters for each of XDefiant’s factions – only one character per faction is unlocked from default – you will have to complete Base challenges based on your ability to use the different Activated Abilities. These are closely related to the Faction’s playstyle – for example, Cleaners feature explosive devices, while Echelon characters use stealth – meaning that you must master each of these abilities if you wish to unlock them all.
