You can get the Yen’s Blessing Unique in Diablo 4 by farming them from Lord Zir in World Tier 3 and 4.Whether you’re playing in World Tier 3 or 4, you should be able to farm for Yen’s Blessing at the Lord Zir Uber Boss. In World Tier 3 you can get the Sacred version with Item Power 625-750, and in World Tier 4 you can get the Ancestral version at Item Power 780-925.
