Sure, there are traditional staples on the menu here like crispy calamari, carpaccio, and a classic Caesar salad, but where the chefs’ talents truly shine are in dishes like calamari a la plancha sauteed with garlic, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and fresno peppers cooked over wood ***** for even more flavor. Meatballs served in a tangy San Marzano tomato sauce topped with fresh parmesan cheese are designed for sharing, but so good you may want an order all for yourself.
