The No Payne No Gain Evolution is now live in FC 26, allowing us to upgrade one of our RBs in Ultimate Team. Available for free, the evolution offers some nice boosts, but it’s lacking in certain areas.

The evolution doesn’t offer any boost to the Physicality stat, which makes it slightly difficult. Ideally, go for cards that have 90+ Physicality to begin with. The rest of the stats will increase when you complete the evolution. That’s the best way to improve a card with the offered boosts.
