It's no secret that when CD Projekt Red's ambitious open-world RPG first launched in 2020 it was an unmitigated disaster defined by its broken state that was riddled with bugs, glitches, and incomplete content. Yet over the last three and a half years, the developer has been dedicated to salvaging the game, releasing plenty of post-launch updates that not only fixed many issues but fundamentally improved several problematic gameplay mechanics.
