New Fallout 4 graphics update set slated for week

To say the Fallout 4 “next-gen” patch was flawed is an understatement, but it seems Bethesda has plans for another graphical update slated for next week — May 13, to be more specific.. The patch faced plenty of issues across consoles and PC, including PlayStation Plus Extra members not being able to access it.

According to Bethesda itself on

, this new update will include “new options for graphics” and will include stuff for performance settings, too. Additionally, it’s gonna feature “further fixes and improvements,” which we have yet to understand. The studio hasn’t unveiled its patch notes, so we’re left to speculate at what it plans on fixing.

Thanks in large part to the TV show, Fallout 4 has seen a lot of traffic lately, as has most of its other post-apocalyptic romps. Fallout 4, in particular, though, is special as it was receiving an update for current-gen consoles. Obviously, it’s kinda sad that so soon after the patch released, it had to announce a new patch, but hey, that’s Bethesda’s style, huh?
