, she leads a rebel group and is considered a space terrorist. You can check out the bounty rewards and details on the bounty board.

When you meet Lizzie at the Aviary, fellow bounty hunters will surround her. However, they won't attack you at first. While I shot the other bounty hunters, you can instead shoot and kill Lizzie. While the game clearly wants you to eliminate the bounty hunters, shooting Lizzie is certainly an option.

Once you kill Lizzie, you'll complete the Good Ending achievement. However, the game immediately ends, and will cut to the end credits. You'll view a still image of Lizzie's ********, followed by the notification of the achievement that you complete.

If you're opting for this ending, you'll once again need to start fresh and hunt the bounty hunters to continue the story.
