Lu Bu in Dynasty Warriors Origins has received the new Red Hare horse as part of the Visions of Four Heroes DLC, and you can unlock it for free.

How to get Red Hare Iron Stirrups in Dynasty Warriors Origins

The first job, quite obviously, is to have access to the Visions of Four Heroes DLC and start it. To unlock Red Hare - Iron Stirrups, you'll have to win the Battle of Luoyang.
