Nothing’s worse than fumbling around in the dark. Okay, maybe it’s not completely dark in MIO: Memories in Orbit, but without a map at your disposal, it might as well be.

Luckily for players, there is a map in

, but you won’t be able to open it right away. For the first leg of your journey, you'll be without one entirely, which essentially means you'll have to rely on the ol' noggin for finding your way around the desolate ship. Eventually, though, you will unlock the map, but it's going to take a bit of farming first.

You'll have to find and mend the Overseer if you want to unlock fast travel for that region. Screenshot by Destructoid When you interact with them, you'll have the option to view the map. On this map, you can then select other Overseers you've mended. This is the only way you can fast travel; you won't have access to this mechanic when you open the map from the menu while you're out and about.
