The Build Your TOTY HM Evolution is now live in FC 26, and you can evolve one of your lower-rated cards with massive boosts.

Part of a two-stage process, the Build Your TOTY HM Evolution allows you to create your own TOTY Honorable Mentions. Let's look at how the evolution works, all the offered boosts, and who the best cards are to utilize.
