Image via Studio Wildcard Once you have all the required resources, head to the Bloodforge in your base and use the extracted resources to create Red Element. You'll get an Unstable Red Element, so wait for the Spoil Timer to go down. You'll get the Red Element after completing the process.

You can also find Red Element as Outpost mission rewards, which will be required to recruit the Thralls on your side. However, this method takes a lot of time for you to collect a sufficient number of Blood Packs. Hence, crafting is the way to go as it's much more practical.
