Diablo 4 Season 11's Lesser Evils can drop plenty of different items when they're defeated, and this includes Unique Purified Essences.

These are essential items in the grand scheme of things, since they will help unlock the Purfied Slots for your Divine Gifts. This can be done by speaking with Hadriel and turning in the Essences.

However, you can continue getting these essences after turning them in to Hadriel and unlocking the slots. As other players and I have guessed, they have more uses in Diablo 4 Season 11 aside from unlocking the Purified slots.

How to do Unique Purified Essences in Diablo 4 Season 11

One of the uses is to hand them over to Hadriel. This needs to be done until you have unlocked the Purified Slots for

that can be found in Season 11. Purfied Slots are boons associated with the Divine Gifts, and they work as positive modifiers.

However, you can then use them at mystery altars located all over Sanctuary. There's a mystery altar for each of the four Lesser Evils: Andariel, Azmodan, Belial, and Duriel.

When you take the Unique Purified Essences to the correct altar, it will light up with flames. I am yet to find all four, but nothing happens when you interact with the altars. This could be due to two possible reasons:

• We will need to find the Purified Essences for all four altars to trigger something extra in Season 11.
• We might need to find a specific amount of Purified Essences for each altar for them to work.

There's also a chance that this could be a part of mid-season content that Blizzard could add in the future. However, that seems rather unlikely based on how previous seasons have worked.
