Ashes of Creation launched in early access on Dec. 11 as Interpid Studios made the alpha available on Steam.

While the early access has been launched on Steam, the version was already available on Intrepid's official website. If you already had access to the alpha version, you can just port it over to Steam and play from the digital store.

This guide will list all the steps required to connect your Intrepid account with Steam.

How to connect your Intrepid purchase of Ashes of Creation to Steam

This method applies to those who have already purchased the game via Intrepid, or if you decide to purchase from there in the future. Completing the following steps will allow you to connect your Steam accounts so that you don't have to purchase a second copy.

• Go to the official website, and log in to your account where you've previously purchased

• Navigate to Account Settings.
• You'll find a Steam account available among all the connection options.
• Click on Connect. A pop-up will open that will take you to Steam.
• Log in to your Steam account.

• Click on 'Sign In' and wait a few seconds for the process to complete.

How to link your Ashes of Creation purchase from Steam to Intrepid

• Launch Ashes of Creation from Steam, and you'll find a Link Account option. Click on it, and it will take you to Intrepid's official website.
• Either create a new account or sign in to your existing one.
• Sign in using your Steam account. If this step fails, retry from the beginning.
• Authorize the link and wait for the process to complete.

Once done, you can resume playing normally using the launcher.
