• Min. Clubs in Squad: 3
• Min. 3 Players from the same League
• Min. 7 Players: Rare
• Player quality: Min. Silver
• Min. Squad Total Chemistry Points: 14

The requirements for the first one are relatively simple, and you should have the required fodder already available in your club.
