Reach friendship level five with Pegasus

The first big step Tinker Bell gives you in this quest is building your friendship with Pegasus until you reach level five. It takes quite a lot of XP to reach this point, so it's best to chip away at this task slowly over time rather than trying to get it done in one go.

XP by feeding them, petting them, brushing them, riding them, working on valley tasks with them, and jumping over obstacles with them. You'll earn a lot of XP passively by simply using your trusty mount to get around and tackle missions, so level five will come naturally over time.

Talk to the Wishblossom Ranch villagers

Once you've reached the XP requirement with Pegasus, track down Snow White around the ranch for a chat. She has a present to help prepare you for the journey ahead, and so do the other villagers around the island. Meet up with Cruella to talk with her next. Lastly, track down Tigger to chat and receive the gift he's got for you.

villagers gave you a special accessory to help protect you on the dangerous journey you're about to endure, so put on the Hope Necklace, Ambition Bracelet, and Dream Earrings. All of them can be found on the Wardrobe page and can be selected by clicking the Tinker Bell quest icon.

Break all the Decay crystals on the second Crystal Island

You've landed on another island, this time one that is home to the Wishblossom of Ambition. They need you to find and break five more Decay crystals around the area before you can progress. Then, approach the next wind tunnel near the end of the island while riding Pegasus to fly over to the next location.

Break all the Decay crystals on the third Crystal Island

The third Wishblossom you encounter is the Wishblossom of Dreams, and after you land and chat with them, it's once again time to break five Decay crystals. As soon as you do, the massive Decay crystal hovering over the ranch will break, and The Decay quest will officially be complete.
