Treyarch has announced that it is separating Call of Duty ****** Ops 7’s Endgame mode from the game’s much-criticised campaign.

Endgame, which is currently unlocked by completing the campaign, sees 32 players attempt to complete a series of shorter objectives within a set time limit, before exfiltrating from the map.

This mode has been widely praised by players who’ve reached it, but the requirement of completing the campaign to unlock it has seemingly been a roadblock to most of the audience playing it.
