These are the locations you need to visit for this quest. Screenshot by Destructoid A Lay of the Land takes place on the Spaceport map and is a multi-assignment quest. Each of its parts has to be completed in the same round, and you'll even have to survive (or put the quest item in your safe pocket) to meet all the prerequisites for turning it in.

These are all the steps you need to do to clear this quest:

• Go to the Jiangsu Warehouse in the Northwest part of the map. On the second floor, there is an office space where you need to go to find the shipping notes in the foreman's office. The notes are on a desk by the office's windows.
• Next, go to the Control Tower A6 zone, located just beneath the Launch Towers. Climb to the upper floors and find the ruined office area, then go to the bottom left side of the room and find the LiDAR Scanners on the ground behind a couple of office dividers.
• Extract from the match with the item either by surviving or carrying it in your safe pocket.

This last bit is a mandatory requirement of the quest, so I suggest taking an Augment with you that contains safe pocket space, which will ensure you extract with the quest item no matter what happens. The world is cruel, and many players shoot on sight, so save yourself the trouble of repeating this whole quest by equipping the proper Augment.
