ARC Raiders Water Troubles quest walkthrough

The Water Troubles quest can be broken down into the following parts.

• Locate the Flood Access Tunnel under the Red Lakes Balcony
• Find the intake to the District's Water Supply
• Sample the water

The first task is to find the Flood Access Tunnel in the Red Lakes Balcony area. Located in the Dam Battlegrounds region, I have marked the spot on the screenshot below to make it easy for you. If you're at the exact spot, you'll find the intake of the district's water supply.

Keep the sample in the safe pocket if you don't want to risk your quest progress. The closest elevator is at the Red Lakes Balcony itself, but expect to find some ARCs on the way (along with human players as usual).
