• Open

  and clear the tutorial (if you're just starting).
• Go to the main settings.
• You'll need to use the same Embark ID that you used to play the Server Slam. This is mandatory to get the backpack.
• If you use a different Embark ID to play the full game, you'll be unable to redeem the reward.
• If you can't find the backpack after completing all the steps, restart ARC Raiders, and it should appear automatically.

Once redeemed, the Server Slam backpack will be available in your in-game inventory. Incidentally, this is the only bit from the Server Slam event that you can use in the full game. All your in-game progression, builds, skill tree, and inventory have been reset when you step into ARC Raiders for the first time.
