Football Manager 26 has been on the lips of every gamer as we enter the middle of October and get close to the full launch.

As announced earlier by Sports Interactive, Football Manager 26 goes live worldwide on Nov. 4 for PC. That date is, of course, meant for the full release, but the date could also be our best indicator for when the beta could potentially launch.

Expected Football Manager 26 beta release dates

Each year, Sports Interactive follows two patterns. The beta usually goes live two weeks before the game's launch. The beta over the last few years has always been released either on Tuesday or on Thursday. So we already know that the full launch takes place on Nov. 4, which is a Tuesday.

If we go back by 14 days from that date, the applicable day is Oct. 21. Being a Tuesday, Oct. 21 seems to be a likely date for the beta to go live. However, this is based on the fact that Sports Interactive will be following the typical pattern.

After much discussion and deliberation, Sports Interactive initially pushed back the release of Football Manager 25 before canceling it permanently. Hence, it's been almost two years since Football Manager 24 came out on PC and consoles.

There are some rumors on social media that Sports Interactive could release the beta on Thursday, Oct. 16. However, there is no concrete evidence about these rumors, so you should take them with a pinch of salt.

While we wait for the beta to go live, here's what you can do to ensure your participation.

How to play Football Manager 26 beta

The Football Manager 26 beta is essentially like an early access *******. While the version we can play will be different from the full launch, it's available to anyone who decides to pre-order the game. To participate, all you need to do is buy the game on Steam/Epic Games Store/Windows Store.

Once you pre-order your copy, your next task is to wait for the beta to go live. You can then start this year's journey with the beta before continuing on to the full version. All your progression from the beta will also get carried over to the full version if you choose to do so.
