When I think of RPG remakes, I tend to think of recent ventures. Remakes and remasters are more popular than ever, and hits like Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, Oblivion Remastered, and Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake are just a few of the many that have made waves in the past couple of years. RPG remakes are nothing new, however, and one of the most interesting examples is now celebrating its 20th anniversary.
