Health Canada says there is “no conclusive evidence” that using Tylenol as directed during pregnancy can cause autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders in newborns. The advisory issued Wednesday is the latest pushback on claims raised by U.S. President Donald Trump and his top political health appointees this week, which were not backed by any new evidence or research.
